Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Surat. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within client organizations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, providing candidate assessments, and managing the hiring process. The role will also encompass maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proficiency in coordinating recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment databases
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work on-site in Surat and in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
