Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pune District. The Recruiter will manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include developing job descriptions, posting roles on various platforms, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant records. The Recruiter will also collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build a talent pipeline to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job posting platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in logistics or consulting industries is an advantage
