Position: HR Executive – Recruitment
Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: 9 hours (Corporate work schedule)
Salary: Decent Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen candidate profiles as per the Job Descriptions shared by companies
• Source candidates through job portals
• Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews
• Assist candidates with documentation & joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment MIS and send daily reports
Requirements:
✔ Minimum Graduate
✔ 1+ year experience in HR / Recruitment
✔ Experience working on Job Portals
✔ Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Ability to work independently from home
