What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & other platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups
- Work closely with hiring managers for hiring requirements
- Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR hiring experience
- Strong communication & coordination skills
- Familiarity with hiring portals and sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-growing environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
