Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Jamnagar. The Recruiter will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates through diverse channels, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the selection process. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and delivering quality hire decisions within stipulated deadlines. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage talent pipelines, job postings, and will play a key role in onboarding processes to provide a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using recruitment tools and strategies
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills, with customer-focus orientation
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition roles within the facility management or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
