- Worked with founders across industries
- Closed roles that looked “impossible” on paper
- Had days where hiring felt like magic
- And days where it felt like… chaos
And through all of this, one thing became clear: we need more hands, and the right ones.
So WE'RE looking for a Junior Recruiter to join my team.
Not just someone who can “source profiles” , but someone who:
• Enjoys speaking to people
• Can spot potential beyond resumes
• Takes ownership (without being chased)
• Is curious enough to ask better questions
You’ll be:
• Working closely with me and the team
• Handling end-to-end recruitment
• Learning how hiring actually works behind the scenes
• And yes, figuring things out as you go
Some basics:
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
• Comfortable with LinkedIn hiring
• Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/week)
• Laptop required
- Working days - Monday to Friday
- Timings - 11am to 7pm
We will train you, but we can’t teach intent, ownership, or curiosity.
