Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen applications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment systems
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Open to candidates with any educational background
- No prior recruitment experience required (training will be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
