- Handle complete hiring cycle from requirement gathering to joining.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Salary negotiation with selected candidates & Ensure smooth on boarding and joining documentation.
- Maintain candidate records & Ensure proper employee documents before joining.
