About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven intern to join our HR team in a remote capacity. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, data management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
- Help organize training and development sessions for staff.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, employee communications, and documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
