About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy IT AI Recruiter who understands modern hiring trends, AI-powered recruitment tools, and technical hiring processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT and software development roles.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic understanding of IT technologies, and hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job portals, and AI-based sourcing tools.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and AI sourcing platforms
* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable technical profiles
* Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
* Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
* Use AI tools for candidate sourcing, outreach, and resume screening
* Understand technical requirements for roles such as:
* Developers
* QA Engineers
* DevOps Engineers
* UI/UX Designers
* AI/ML Engineers
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
* Ensure quick turnaround time for closures
