AI Talent Associate (Intern / Fresher)
📍 Location: Panchkula / Chandigarh / Mohali (Work from Office)

You don’t need prior experience — but you must be willing to learn fast, work hard, and contribute actively.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn and work on AI-based hiring and talent sourcing
- Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.) for research and productivity
- Support in understanding client requirements and solving hiring problems
- Assist in outreach, lead generation, and basic sales activities
- Work closely with the team on live projects and real business tasks

- You are comfortable learning new tools and technologies (especially AI tools)
- You are proactive and take initiative (not someone who waits to be told everything)
- You have good communication skills
- You are serious about building a career, not just looking for a time-pass internship
- You are based in Panchkula / Chandigarh / Mohali (Tricity only)

💰 Compensation
- First 3 Months: Unpaid Internship (Training + Real Work Exposure)
- Post Internship: ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives (based on performance)
