Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Vadodara. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand role requirements, defining job descriptions, and designing effective sourcing strategies. The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, manage communication throughout the selection process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes aligned with the company’s mentoring-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (job portals, professional networks, ATS or spreadsheets) effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and empathetic candidate-facing approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track hiring metrics and provide insights for process improvement.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, employment norms, and ethical hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience recruiting for consulting, coaching, or professional services organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and collaborate in a mentoring and growth-focused culture.
