We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with strong experience in marine recruitment / crewing. The role involves end-to-end sourcing and coordination for Officer Ranks across various types of vessels, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery aligned with client requirements.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for Marine Officer ranks (Deck, Engine, and other senior positions)
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, references, and professional networks
• Screening and shortlisting candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinating interviews with candidates and clients
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified marine professionals
• Ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
• Meeting hiring timelines and delivering quality profiles
📌 Key Requirements:
• Prior experience in marine recruitment / crewing agencies is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of marine crewing processes and vessel requirements
• Well-connected within the marine / shipping industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to sourcing and closing positions
