Role Description
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet the company’s growing staffing requirements. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and develop effective hiring strategies. Daily tasks will include building talent pipelines, conducting interviews, evaluating candidate fit, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The role also requires maintaining recruitment metrics and building a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and recruitment lifecycle management
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate profiles effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate recruitment metrics and recommend improvements
- Understanding of fast-paced, fashion or retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred
