Role Description
We are looking for a Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various roles, managing job postings, and conducting candidate screenings. This role involves planning and coordinating recruitment activities, collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs, maintaining a candidate database, and ensuring a seamless and professional hiring experience from start to finish. Additionally, the Recruiter will work to develop strategies to enhance employer branding and foster strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines.
- Ability to create a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics, employment laws, and best HR practices.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and professional networking sites for talent sourcing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus but not mandatory.
