At Techjays, we are building AI-first technology solutions that help businesses scale with secure and production-grade systems. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team and help us hire top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate communication
- Handle offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding support
- Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports
- Support employer branding, campus hiring, and talent pipeline building
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience hiring for IT/technology roles preferred
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT/Product companies
- Experience hiring for Software, AI/ML, Data Science, or Engineering roles is a plus
