We’re Hiring: US Recruiter (0.6 – 2 Years Experience)

We’re looking for a US Recruiter who is driven, adaptable, and ready to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and screen candidates for US-based roles
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter like a pro (Boolean, filters, pipelines)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Build strong candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US Staffing
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable working in night shifts (US hours)
- Open to feedback and continuous learning
- Strong ownership mindset
- Out-of-the-box thinker who can bring creative sourcing strategies
