Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will manage and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions, sourcing and attracting candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions. Being a trusted advocate of the candidate experience, the Recruiter will also build and maintain talent pipelines while implementing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing, including using job boards, professional networks, and other channels
- Proficiency in resume screening, conducting interviews, and candidate evaluation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to design and execute hiring strategies with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple requisitions and workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Experience in remote recruitment is a plus
- Understanding of labor laws and recruiting compliance requirements is an advantage
