Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent through various channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding. Additionally, the Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build a pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques, including experience with job boards and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment lifecycle management.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to create a database of talent and build a network of qualified professionals.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in education sector recruitment or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
