Role Description
- The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
- The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth, inclusive candidate experience.
- The Recruiter will schedule and follow up on interviews, support offer negotiations, and help onboard selected candidates.
- The position also includes building talent pipelines, attending or organising recruitment events, and providing regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-focused company.
- Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with hiring managers/ team leads.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
