Job Summary
Superkreatives, a growing digital marketing agency, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple digital and creative roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles such as SEO Executives, Social Media Managers, Performance Marketers, Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and Video Editors.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other effective sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic/video interviews, and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and internal teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and creative roles.
- Experience in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience hiring for agencies or startups.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
