We seek an Executive Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring requirements for our clients. This entails understanding job requirements, sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. The role requires strong self-sourcing skills, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and track progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in recruitment with self-sourcing expertise.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
- Independent & Target-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple roles autonomously.
- High on Integrity & Commitment: Assignments given need to manage without supervision and with complete commitment and integrity.
