Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Recruiter role located in elgin road Kolkata. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. The role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, managing job postings, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will handle onboarding processes, develop strategies to attract top talent, and support workforce planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as talent acquisition tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage candidate and stakeholder relationships
- Organizational skills for maintaining a talent pipeline and managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate recruitment or a similar industry is a plus
