About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver high-quality talent on time. The role involves working closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill IT hiring requirements.
- Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand client requirements and deliver relevant profiles
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Ensure timely closure of positions
- Key Skills: Basic understanding of IT roles (Developers, Testers, etc.) and Non-IT too
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Good communication & negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with job portals
- Qualifications: Graduate (MBA/HR preferred)
- Preferred Experience in staffing/consultancy
- Exposure to bulk hiring or client handling
- Immediate joiners preferred
