✔ Experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment/consultancy setups
✔ Hands-on experience with hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) ✔ Deep understanding of the FTE (Full-Time Permanent) hiring model
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong screening and evaluation abilities
