Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Recruiter, located in Delhi, India. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Duties include creating job postings, conducting candidate evaluations, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The Recruiter will be instrumental in identifying and hiring top-tier talent aligned with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks
- Previous experience in financial services or recruitment for similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
