Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role located in Coimbatore. The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company’s workforce needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring. The Recruiter will also build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews. (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Organization, multitasking, and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Knowledge of current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in recruitment for specialized industries or technical roles will be a plus
