Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our on-site team in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The role requires building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to align talent acquisition efforts with organizational goals. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to refining recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT, Non-IT, and Blue Collar recruitment, with strong end-to-end hiring exposure.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates effectively
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Expertise in utilizing recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment for retail or e-commerce sectors is a plus
- Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
- Manage Blue Collar hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, social media & references
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per job requirements
- Schedule & coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment tracker and database
