Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with 1 year of experience to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes and ensuring timely hiring for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Basic understanding of hiring processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Work Details:
