Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter position based in Chennai. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This includes posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will build talent pipelines, attend career fairs, and maintain recruitment databases for efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and using recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and proactively seek out talent in competitive markets.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment data management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
