Role Description The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes to support staffing needs across branches in Bihar. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with branch leadership to understand workforce requirements, plan recruitment activities, and support onboarding. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar.
Qualifications
- Ability to source, screen, and interview candidates effectively, using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Skills in coordinating recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing communication, and supporting offer and onboarding activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with branch managers, team members, and external partners.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, documentation, and compliance related to recruitment.
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and common office software to manage recruitment records and reports.
- Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in dealership, automotive, construction equipment, or related industries, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site across branches in Bihar and willingness to travel within the state when required.
