We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Draft job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions with selected candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (0–3 years for junior roles, 3+ for mid-level)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies
- Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT roles (depending on company needs)
