Hiring: Recruiter - Fresher (Remote)

Location: 100% Remote
We are looking to onboard enthusiastic and driven freshers who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
At Selections HR, we partner with leading organizations to help them hire for permanent roles across industries. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS regularly
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders
- Support recruiters and account managers in fulfilling client requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Remote Work Requirements:
- Personal laptop/desktop for official use
- Stable and high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
