Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Bhopal. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include managing job postings, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting initial candidate assessments, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The Recruiter will also focus on building a talent pipeline, maintaining candidate records, and driving the employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and evaluate candidates effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Background in human resources, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
