Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with prior experience hiring for Performance Marketing, Creative, and Internal Team roles. The ideal candidate should understand fast-paced hiring, digital-first businesses, and sourcing quality talent across multiple functions.
This role focuses on hiring internal team members who will work with ScaleX and support client growth across marketing and creative operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal company roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leads
- Build strong talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs
- Understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
Requirements
- Prior experience hiring for Performance Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, or Agency roles
- Understanding of digital marketing and creative industry positions
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and similar hiring platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience working with startups, agencies, or growth-focused companies
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and creative workflows
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
