πΉ Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive HR Recruiter & Admin Executive who can manage hiring along with day-to-day office administration efficiently.
πΉ Key ResponsibilitiesπΈ Recruitment (HR)
β Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
β Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and references
β Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
β Coordinate with hiring managers
β Maintain candidate database and hiring reports
β Support bulk hiring for sales and dealer roles
πΈ Administration (Admin)
β Manage office operations and daily administrative activities
β Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and office maintenance
β Handle documentation, record-keeping, and file management
β Support employee onboarding formalities and documentation
β Manage attendance, basic HR records, and coordination
β Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure
