Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Mumbai and Chennai for a Recruiter at Rentokil PCI. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing job descriptions, maintaining a pipeline of talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle with a strong focus on volume hiring for frontline sales and service roles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, headhunting).
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
Handle salary negotiations, offer generation, and maintain accurate recruitment MIS/reports.
Manage our ATS, HRMS, and career portals while building a strong talent pipeline.
Coordinate internal inductions, support technician onboarding, and ensure a stellar candidate experience.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
-Education: Management graduate.
-Experience: 3+ years in recruitment, including at least 1 year specializing in front-line sales & service staff hiring.
-Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/G-Suite and familiarity with ATS/HRMS tools.
-Flexibility: Willingness to travel across India on a need basis.
