Role Description
Red Dash Media is seeking a full-time on-site Recruiter for our New Delhi office. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring teams to understand their staffing needs, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives and enhance talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sourcing and Screening Candidates, including the use of recruitment tools and platforms
- Experience with Interviewing and Evaluating Candidates, ensuring a professional and efficient process
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Talent Acquisition Strategies and techniques to attract diverse and qualified talent
- Organizational and Time Management Skills to prioritize tasks and meet recruitment deadlines
- Familiarity with Employment Laws and Corporate Hiring Practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in recruitment for the digital marketing or creative industry is an advantage
