We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fresher Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hiring, people interaction, and building a career in recruitment. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Timing: 12 :30 PM IST to 9:30 PM IST
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Job Title: UK IT Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
- Post job openings on various job boards and career portals
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status
Mandatory Skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Ability to screen resumes and identify relevant profiles
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Basic understanding of IT
- Internship experience in HR or recruitment
