Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Gurugram. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with both clients and job seekers. Additional responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining applicant tracking systems, and assisting in developing hiring strategies to meet client requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques, candidate assessment, and recruitment pipelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and candidates
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment tools
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic hiring plans
- Organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn for talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is a plus
