Recruiter – Consumer Brands
We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and drive hiring across a fast-growing consumer/D2C business.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, E-commerce and Tech roles.
- Proactively source high-quality talent from leading D2C, consumer and new-age startups.
- Partner directly with founders and functional leaders on hiring priorities.
- Build strong talent pipelines and drive fast closures.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring across Marketing/Consumer roles, with exposure to Tech hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills and understanding of the D2C/startup ecosystem.
- High ownership, speed and ability to work independently.
