Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified candidates for various positions, managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing talent through multiple channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless applicant experience. The Recruiter will also develop and implement effective hiring strategies, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing candidates across various roles and levels
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms for candidate outreach
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational abilities, including managing multiple hiring requirements and meeting deadlines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate candidate qualities and align them with job responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruitment for international migration or consulting services is a plus
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and maintain a results-driven approach
