Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Chirayinkeezhu. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent through job postings, sourcing, and networking. Responsibilities include conducting candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant records, and supporting leaders in hiring strategies. The role requires building positive relationships with both hiring managers and candidates while upholding the company's culture and goals.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Talent Sourcing, Networking, and Candidate Screening
- Proficiency in Recruitment Strategies, Interview Techniques, and Onboarding Processes
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Tools
- Strong Interpersonal Communication, Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Exceptional Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail, and Time Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the automotive or service industry is a plus
