Role Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in hiring for the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of logistics roles, industry terminology, and talent mapping across functions such as operations, supply chain, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for logistics and supply chain roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and industry networks
- Identify and engage talent specifically from freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, and logistics companies
- Screen candidates based on domain knowledge, technical skills, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant logistics candidates
- Understand hiring requirements clearly and translate them into effective search strategies
- Ensure timely closures and maintain recruitment trackers and reports
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future hiring needs
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2+ years of recruitment experience specifically in logistics hiring (non-negotiable)
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
