Role Description
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent. Key tasks include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including conducting interviews and building relationships
- Knowledge of the construction industry and its workforce requirements is an advantage
- Organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently to meet recruitment goals
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in India
