Role Description
The Recruiter will play a key role in talent acquisition by identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to support ONEGOLF’s growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. The Recruiter will also ensure the recruitment process aligns with company culture and values by fostering an inclusive hiring approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including the use of job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills to identify qualified candidates
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and maintaining detailed records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting for the hospitality, sports, or events industries is a plus
