Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in Udaipur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding. The role will involve maintaining and managing strong relationships with hiring managers, creating job postings, and ensuring the company's talent needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and full-cycle Recruiting
- Proficiency in Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing strategies
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, suitability, and cultural fit
- Adaptability, time-management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with recruiting in a specific industry or field is a plus
