✅ Sales – Sales Executives, Sales Managers
✅ Accounts – Accounts Executives, Accountants
✅ Back Office – Back Office Staff, Data Entry Operators
✅ Admin – Admin Executives, Office Coordinators

📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle end-to-end recruitment – job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews & offer rollout
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine & referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Share weekly/monthly recruitment reports with management
• Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR
• Proven experience in non-tech hiring (Sales, Accounts, Admin, Back Office)
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple positions at once
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
