Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment for permanent, contract, and C2H positions.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, timelines, and budget.
- Draft and post effective job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, internal databases, and X‑ray search techniques.
- Screen profiles for technical skills, experience relevance, location, notice period, and compensation fit.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication skills, technical exposure, and candidate interest.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels; ensure timely follow‑ups and feedback.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and ATS updates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and niche skills.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined TATs.
