Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant – Pharma
- Location: Mumbai
- Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (Consolidated)

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on end-to-end sourcing and screening for various positions within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Source high-quality profiles across pharma domains (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing) using job portals (Naukri, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate communication skills, technical alignment, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers/clients, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or internal Excel trackers regularly with accurate candidate details.
- Follow-up: Manage post-interview follow-ups and keep candidates engaged until onboarding.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Pharma or Healthcare recruitment experience is highly preferred). Freshers with a biotech/pharma degree and strong communication skills may also be considered.
- Sourcing Skills: Hands-on experience with portal sourcing (Naukri) and basic headhunting techniques on LinkedIn.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively engage with corporate professionals.
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and standard email platforms.
